Submission on the options for the use of revenues raised from increases in carbon tax in Ireland

What is the best way to allocate revenue from carbon pricing so as to protect those suffering from fuel poverty and promote international climate justice – and how can we ensure that the carbon pricing is actually bringing emissions down? This submission to the Irish Department of Finance summarises the Feasta climate group’s recommendations, and makes some related suggestions.
