Barry McMullin, who prepared this presentation, is involved an Dublin City University-based project that examines the potential for Negative Emissions Technologies (NETs) in Ireland. The project website is here.The presentation was prepared for an annual seminar arranged for and by John Jopling and other Feasta members and friends at Retreat Lodges in Rossbeigh Kerry, in June 2017.
